I’m a mother and mystic of Filipino & Irish-American ancestry, raised and rooted in San Francisco, California.

The birth of my son in 2018 inspired me to become a fullspectrum doula and I have provided in-home and hospital reproductive care since 2020.

5+ years of practice has shaped my understanding of childbirth, but it also opened my spiritual understanding of life cycles and change. With time and experience, I’ve developed a spirit-rooted approach to my practice that has supported the full range of perinatal experiences, including the less publicly discussed outcomes such as infertility, miscarriage, stillbirth, and abortion.

My doula philosophy centers connecting people to their intuition, desires, and power to create change. I believe birthing is an energetic process that isn’t exclusive to children and that our creative power is one of the most valuable resources there is.

In a time where reproductive freedom is under attack, I believe remaining connected to our reproductive and/or creative wellness is revolutionary. My passion for this work has led to media interviews, speaking invitations at academic institutions, and lasting client relationships.

In 2024 I co-founded Church of Soft Power , a lay-led sanctuary for creativity, care, connection, & change. I am continuously inspired and committed to exploring more ways to bring people back to themselves and steward the wider movement toward a more liberated and loving world.
