As a trained fullspectrum doula, I have attended all types of birth: home, hospital, medicated, unmedicated, vaginal and cesarean. I have also cared for new families in the home as a postpartum doula and supported people through trying to conceive, pregnancy loss, and abortion.

I don’t believe in one right way to birth and my approach focuses on you making the best choices for yourself. That’s why my sessions are centered on helping you connect to your own intuition, feel safe in your body, use your voice, and work through blocks that may be keeping you from being able to surrender to the unknown of birth.

The most positive birth outcomes have come from people who approach me before conception and meet monthly during the TTC and early pregnancy, increasing sessions as needed closer to the estimated due date for birth education, partner training, and emotional support.
