ENTER THE BIRTH REALM

This is the astral place where your ancestors and all the loving energies of the universe meet and guide you through the sacred, ceremonial event of childbirth. A place you can access anytime and anywhere.

I am your guide, Siobhan Diores, and I have individually led dozens of gestational parents to The Birth Realm to build familiarity, deepen intuition, develop divine relationships, and even meet their spirit babies. It has been my experience that people who prepare in this way are more likely to achieve their unmedicated birth goals as well as embrace unexpected interventions with more peace and less trauma.

I am now opening this experience to more people through this monthly membership for those who wish to have intentional perinatal experiences. Twice a month we will gather virtually as I support you in the mental, emotional, and spiritual work of preparing for this transition.

There will be guided visualizations infused with Reiki energy, lessons on building your own energy and ancestor work practice, and somatic exercises and community conversations intended to dig deep and open up energetic pathways of intergenerational healing and self empowerment.

While this will prepare you for birth, these are not birth education classes. Those can be found here.

Join The Birth Realm

February’s kickoff will be Tuesday 2/28 from 5-6:30pm PT. In lieu of a second gathering this month, everyone who joins will receive a recorded/e-mailed one question tarot reading!

Beginning March, monthly gatherings typically occur on the First Monday and Third Sunday of the month.

Calls are always live captioned and recorded. Once you join via Ko-fi, you’ll receive a link to the Birth Realm home base where all resources and replays will live.

QUESTIONS YOU MIGHT HAVE

  • I believe we have the ability to travel with our imaginations. Some call it astral travel, others trance journeys, some may believe its nothing beyond our imagination!

    The Birth Realm is an inner world, often an ocean beach, you create with your mind. My philosophy is that by traveling here often during conception and pregnancy, it is easier to access this inner space during labor.

    This is a valuable skill as the ability to surrender to the body’s natural wisdom is key to unmedicated labor.

  • Anyone pregnant or with plans to conceive. I highly recommend The Birth Realm for people who want to achieve unmedicated, uninterrupted births. My approach centers your intuition and ability to make your own informed decisions, so those who embrace medicated births and even scheduled cesareans would still benefit greatly from this group.

  • I don’t believe you can ever join too early. I do believe you should join at least 3 months before your estimated due date to receive the benefits of this energy.

  • Hypnobirthing is a specific branded philosophy, so this is not that. HOWEVER, it takes a similar approach in emphasizing going inward and in my humble opinion takes it even deeper!

  • There will be no fancy breathing patterns or hacks here. I believe your natural, mindful breathe is the most powerful.

  • I teach from the lens of an animistic worldview and frequently reference ancestors and spirit guides. If this language doesn’t resonate, this may not be for you. However, if you value meditation/mindfulness and are able to filter the language through your own beliefs, it might be!

  • Yes! Absolutely. There is no minimum requirement or penalty for cancellation.
